"Here is the song that was written as a prerequisite to the book launch."
"In today’s dating world so many people have become desensitized, they have lost values and women are willing to give up the only power they have….the cookie, then when they get dumped they wonder what happened."How much of yourself is reflected in this book, and how?
"I have had a lot of dating experiences and after having my share of the 85 “breakings of the bread” I have decided to 86 myself out of dating."The first thing that draws me to a book is its cover. Can you tell us about your cover for Connect: How to Know if He's Really Your Man - why you chose that concept and who the artist is.
"The cover design was agreed upon by my publisher HCI the 2 hearts resembles a couple and the O in Connect represents a relationship commitment but the only way to obtain that is if you really know who your man is."Why should we read Connect: How to Know if He's Really Your Man and what sets it apart from the rest?
"Connect, How To Know If He’s Really Your Man is a light humorous read, most books today on relationships require hours of reading and in today’s “microwave” society not many people set aside hours to read. Connect can be read in a 1 hour airline commute."Can you tell us something quirky about Connect: How to Know if He's Really Your Man, its story and characters?
"Connect, is written with sarcastic humour and to support that humour there are comical illustrations expressing the thoughts that are behind the writing."
Who would you recommend Connect: How to Know if He's Really Your Man to and what should readers be aware of (any warnings or disclaimers)?
"I would recommend Connect to anyone who is dating or is questioning if they are in the right relationship. The only warning sign would be you just might find after reading Connect, he may just not be your man."If you could / wished to turn Connect: How to Know if He's Really Your Man into a movie, who would be your dream team?
"I would love to have Tracy McMillan write the screenplay and Amy Schumer to be the lead actress."
"I like to write about self-help. Connect is all about drawing your attention within because once you are connected with self everything in life starts to flow."What is your writing process?
"I wait until I feel passionate about something and see a problem that needs fixing. Once I start writing, I can’t stop, it’s like the words flow through me and leap onto the pages."What is in store next?
"The future plans for Connect is a friendship book because there are just as many people that have been hurt in friendships as there are in dating."And as a final quirky thing, to get to know you a little bit better... do you have a pet or something that is special to you that you could share with us?
"I am a single Mom who went back to college when my son was 3 years old and diagnosed with severe health disorders that were compromised by immune disorders. Thanks to my education and teaming up with a medical doctor who formulates wellness products I was able to restore my son’s health. He is turning 13 this month."A lovely story and a lovely picture! Thank you for sharing :-)
