I then refocused on my mother and a strange feeling suddenly hit me. “I just felt my mother’s energy, but it was very faint,” I told Angelo. “She was on the borders of the Earthly realm. We must call Michael for help.” Angelo heard my desperation and nodded his head in agreement. Angelo told me that we should wait to summon Michael after the sun went down. I didn’t understand why we had to wait, but I trusted Angelo’s judgment. While we waited I went to change clothes. I tossed my clothes on the chair, and removed the sheath from my ankle. I released the dagger from its sheath and looked at the pure silver blade, and I thought about the creatures that had died by the weapon. I had killed with this weapon. First it was Gilad, then Hera. She led me into a trap—straight into the arms of the Angel of Death. I learned that the Greek Gods and Goddesses were actually fallen angels and were responsible for destroying my family.
