Who can resist a neighbour in need?

Nathan Forester doesn’t know the first thing about kids. So when the daughter he never knew existed arrives on his doorstep, he needs help, fast! His unlikely ally is next-door neighbor and single mother, Cheryl Henshaw. Nathan and Cheryl don’t exactly see eye to eye, but neither can say no to a helping hand.

Renovating Fitzgerald House is Nathan’s chance to finally prove he’s no longer the unreliable twin–and it seems possible with Cheryl by his side. Suddenly their practical arrangement has become something much more. Trust isn’t easy but they’re stronger when they work together.

Southern Comforts [1]

Rule #2—Never get involved with a guest

Abigail Fitzgerald has always followed her mama's rules when it comes to running their family's B and B. But her mama never had to resist a man like Grayson Smythe. A long-term guest, Gray spends his evenings having dinner with Abby in her kitchen—and it's not long before their attraction begins to sizzle.

Although Gray's kisses are a delicious distraction, Abby's priorities are the B and B and the dream of opening her own restaurant. And Gray definitely has the means to help her. But when money seems to be all he can offer, Abby suspects she might get burned.

A Savannah Christmas Wish [2]

A relationship in need of rennovation

Bess Fitzgerald is thrilled to be overseeing the expansion of her family's B and B. Working with Daniel Forester, not so much. After one wild night, they agreed to stay out of each other's lives. The attraction still sizzles between them now, but Daniel's need to be in control and Bess's impulsive nature continually drive them apart.

Keeping their relationship professional is harder than Bess anticipated. And it's not long before they give in to temptation. Suddenly it's clear Daniel needs her in a way she never thought possible. This may be the year Bess finally gets her Christmas wish!

Through A Magnolia Filter [3]

Home is where his heart is…but what about hers?

Family was always a foreign concept to Liam Delaney. Until research into one of his documentary films brings him to Savannah and Dolley Fitzgerald’s B and B. He’s finally found the home he’s always wanted and it’s all because of her.

The only problem is that his dream is of a home and family, while Dolley craves adventure. They may be at odds, but Liam knows they can make both of their dreams come true together. He just needs to convince her….
